Return Policy for Sailors Grave Studio
1. Claims Custom Items:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized; are not returnable
- Any deposits will be kept if the custom item creation has been started. The deposit covers any wasted materials and time.
2. for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:
- All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product.
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
- If the error is deemed to be on our part, we will cover the costs associated with the return and replacement.
3. How to Submit a Claim:
- If you notice any issues with your product or order, please email us at admin@sailorsgravestudio.com.
- Include a full image of the product, the size, and a photo of the error.
4. Return Address:
- The default return address is set to Sailors Grave Studio LLC.
- Once we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
- Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
- If our facility is not used as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments.
5. Wrong Address:
- If the address you provide is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us.
- You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with you (if applicable).
6. Unclaimed Shipments:
- Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to us, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).
7. Returns by Customer:
- Please contact us before returning any products.
- Returns for products, face masks, and size exchanges are to be done at your expense and discretion.
8. EU Consumers:
- According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Therefore, Sailors Grave Studio reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
9. Governing Language:
- This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
